Pastor Ronny Cooksey
Pastor Cooksey is originally from Texas. He met his wife, Kathy, when they were freshmen together at Dallas Baptist University and they married in 1990 (best day of his life!). After serving in youth ministry and the pastorate in Texas, he and his family served 10 years in Japan with the International Mission Board. In December of 2006 he arrived to begin ministry at Valley Baptist Church. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry.
Associate Pastor Bobby Johnson
Pastor Johnson is originally from Georgia. Bobby served in several collegiate ministry settings in Texas. In December of 2004 he arrived to begin ministry at Valley Baptist Church. He met his wife, Priscilla, in 2004 and they married in March of 2007. They have three beautiful children. His education includes a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Religious Education.
